How to identify it ?
The development of a company's Magnetic Core Concept® requires analysis, reflection and exchange at all levels of the organization, with the active involvement of the decision-making bodies. This work is based on what already exists, i.e. concrete elements and decisions that have been made and implemented. The goal of the MCC® is to (re)surface the roots and raison d'être of the company and its brand, and to give it an operational dimension to feed all future decisions.

How to activate it ?
The advantage of MCC® is that it is only one - central - part of a global approach. Its identification process can be easily integrated into any upstream or downstream approach, like a plug & play product.
The emergence of a company’s Magnetic Core Concept® should naturally lead to further reflection on its structure and brand – especially its identity.
As far as the structure is concerned, the next steps are to identify the gaps between the actual and the ideal situation on each of the 4 pillars: operations, resources, market and product. These gaps must then be the subject of action plans influenced by the MCC® with the aim of reducing them and aligning them with the company’s raison d’être. For the brand, the mechanics are identical: start with a diagnosis of the existing situation and align the brand’s attributes with the company’s raison d’être. In concrete terms, the next step is to follow the branding and communication support phases, enriched by your central MCC®.
